Template talk:Non-US domiciles

Does it make sense to move more entries from list 12 (US) to list 13 (non-US)

BeBH65 14:37, 10 October 2018 (UTC)

Yes, it does make sense. I moved the entries containing "Nonresident alien" and "Non-US" in the title. The "United States" group is intended for US citizens. "United States excluded" is intended for citizens outside the US. If you think the new group title can be improved, feel free to change it. --LadyGeek 18:08, 10 October 2018 (UTC)

Would it make sense to move the 2 non-US entries to the top - and then the entries per country

BeBH65

Yes, I agree. We have important information that readers should see first. Then, the country-specific information. I have moved the entries. --LadyGeek 13:14, 11 September 2019 (UTC)

Possibly - in the future - we could further separate the entry/introductory non-US pages from the more detailed pages that we have now

Now split into two navboxes, one general, the other containing specific countries. The latter is autocollapsed. The result uses a lot less screen vertical space by default. --TedSwippet 16:51, 13 October 2020 (UTC)
... And split further, so that EU countries and non-EU countries now each have their own navbox, so three in total. --TedSwippet 11:33, 16 October 2020 (UTC)
