Something is wrong here - the 80/20 chart does not add up to 80% stocks and 20% bonds...
It would be 20% of 20% as international bonds, which is 4%. That leaves 16% for bonds.
The 80% stocks would be 28% of 80% as 22% international stocks, which is 22.4%. That leaves 57.6% for domestic stocks.
