Is there a publicly available description (fact sheet, methodology) for the convertible indices? I could not find any details for the Bank of America Merrill Lynch All U.S. Convertibles Index nor the Bank of America Merrill Lynch Global 300 Convertibles ex-US Index (hedged) index. --LadyGeek 16:18, 25 January 2014 (CST)
