Speeches
Over his long professional life, John Bogle delivered many speeches to various audiences. The table below provides links to John Bogle's speeches, memos to Vanguard employees, testimony before congressional committees, and presentation slides accompanying addresses. The table is not comprehensive. Many speeches between 1980 and 2000 were collected in book publications (John Bogle on Investing: The First 50 years, published in 2001; and Character Counts: The Creation and Building of the Vanguard Group, published in 2002).
