Hi all!
1) Can you point me to a more or less comprehensive data on bond returns across different countries and comparing bond returns to respective stocks returns? Both in developed countries like France or UK and developing?
2) Are there fundamental reasons why equity premium should be larger than term? I recall in XIX century bond and stock returns were pretty similar.
