Tax loss harvesting VCSH

What ETF would you recommend to replace VCSH without triggering wash sale?

VCSH follows the Bloomberg U.S. 1-5 Year Corporate Bond Index.
A fund that follows a different index is SLQD / iShares 0-5 Year Investment Grade Corporate Bond ETF.

different index but same 1-5 yr exposure

SLQD would be close enough

SPSB would be substantially similar, but not substantially identical.
