Looks good to me! Why do you say Fidelity is the best of bad options? That implies that they are ALL bad? Fidelity 403b as the vendor for public school districts and non-profits is the very best option of all possible options if you stick with their index funds like you did. The admin fee is $24/yr and there is no asset-based admin fee. You can't beat those ERs and the admin fee:
Fidelity® Total Market Index Fund, FSKAX, ER 0.015%
Fidelity® International Index Fund, FSPSX, ER 0.035%
Fidelity® U.S. Bond Index Fund, FXNAX, ER 0.025%

Thank you.

Fidelity is pretty good, you're right.

I'm sad that Vanguard outsourced their 403b to Newport, and the other options were American Funds (ick) and Wells Fargo, (blech).

Fondly, Peter
