K-1 has blurb about K-3 being ready later (Apparently K-1s were not complicated enough)

OK, my K-1 says the K-3 will be available by the end of June 2023. IRS waived K-3 reporting for 2021 returns, but I guess not this tax year.

If I don't care about the foreign tax credit, do I need to do this? I'm not even sure if the security I own (Invesco DBC) has foreign income. On the 2021 K-3 last year, it was all US sourced, but yet they still provided the K-3.
