I have never posted in this forum before so hopefully this is okay to ask. There seem to be 2-3 threads a day on customer service issues - mostly hold times at Vanguard, Fidelity, Schwab, Ally, etc. The answers are pretty much all the same and they usually deteriorate into “my brokerage is better than you brokerage”
Can they be a mega thread? If not, I will just scroll by them and occasionally join in.

If they are similar situations, it may be OK to combine them. You can flag threads for combining by reporting the post - the ! in the top-right corner of the post. Include a link to the thread you think it can be combined with.
However, bear in mind that everyone has a different situation. It's better to have multiple threads discussing different issues than one single mega-thread that will be confusing to understand.
