Good day Bogleheads Community,
Citizenship: EU
Country of Residence: UAE
International Lifestyle: Left my home country 6 years ago. We have now been in the UAE for 2 year. Planning to stay here for another 2-3 years. Unlikely that we go back to the EU after that, at this point in time we are not planning to retire in the EU.
Currency: USD
Emergency funds: 1+ year, if we cut back we should be fine for 2-3 years. My job is always unstable that is why we have a large emergency fund.
Debt: No debt
Age: 32
Current Asset allocation:
I have around $120k invested (at DEGIRO and Interactive Brokers) with the following AA:
80% - Vanguard FTSE All-World UCITS ETF USD
Combination of Distributing (VWRL) at the GIRO and Accumulating (VWRA) at IB.
20% - iShares Core Gl Aggregate Bd UCITS ETF USD Dis (AGGG)
Contributing around $3-4k every month.
Question: I know the general Bogleheads advice is against slice and dicing your portfolio. However, I am seriously considered changing to:
60% - Vanguard FTSE All-World UCITS ETF USD
10% - Small Cap UCTIS ETF (suggestions welcome)
10% - Commodity UCITS ETF (suggestions welcome)
20% - iShares Core Gl Aggregate Bd UCITS ETF USD Dis (AGGG)
Other input to my portfolio is always welcome.
Thank you in advance.

I would leave it alone, but since you limit your tinkering with portfolio up to 20 %, it is not a big deal.

Well done!
1) I would leave small caps and commodities out
2) I would go completely for the Acc version of FTSE all-world. It does not look your context suggests reasons for having dist.
