Ireland based SP500 Accumulating beside CSSPX

Post by Neus »

So i'm investing in CSSPX but want to buy another ticker to put objective based fund (buy home)

I want to invest the fund on SP500 but didn't want to mix it with my retirement portfolio that invest in CSSPX

So, is there any other good ticker for SP500, that based on ireland, USD based, that also accumulates?

There are too many to list and a lot of brokers only carry specific tickers. I suggest to see the list yourself and pick based on which funds are available to you.

Go to https://morningstar.co.uk , select ETFs -> ETF Screener, in filters press "more", set "morningstar category" to US large cap blend, distribution to growth and search for "500". Then go to "portfolio" tab and sort by fund size. A huge list of funds will appear. These usually are different listings for various european exchanges and different fund subtypes. It's a good place to start.

But a better way would be to go to your broker of choice and browse their funds. That way you will have much less securities to go through.

Likely not to your liking ...

https://www.wisdomtree.eu/en-gb/etps/eq ... -leveraged#

third in 3x, two thirds in bonds

or half in 2x, half in bonds

Better bond returns and that uplifts rewards. I like a 50/50 stock/gold barbell as a form of central bond bullet and have seen a similar +3% type enhancement having held such (using 2MCL) over the last few years. In my circumstances it also means I can cram more stock exposure into limited tax exempt space as well.
