No cable.
$76/ month for 500 Mbps fiber internet plus phone.
I was working from home for about very a year, and the fiber internet was great.

60 a month for 1 gig download
plus Hulu, Netflix, HBO. Peacock
Would never go back to old fashioned cable. Can't stand commercials and having to watch programs on a schedule. On demand, ad free streaming is great.
Of course, you'll need to evaluate the benefit of the local sports channels. That is a bit of a wild card for you.

Xfinity internet only for $50 a month. Stream TV from some streaming service for $30 a month... I had dish network for almost 20 years. Rate tripled during those years. Finally I had enough of paying dish and switched to streaming service.

$65 for Xfinity gigabit.
No cable TV subscription, but I do have Netflix and Peacock. My Verizon plan comes with the Disney/Hulu/ESPN bundle and I'm still on a one-year-free deal for Apple TV+.
The Verizon plan is $80, but my employer covers it so the Disney bundle is free. If I change jobs and lose that perk I'll probably switch to a cheaper MVNO.

$29.99/mo for 400 Mbps internet from cable company. This is an introductory rate which will increase after two years. No cable TV but I do pay for a few streaming channels.

Re: What do you all pay for TV and internet? rates just went up
I am so jealous. Pay $190/mo for Comcast (triple play). I now WFH and need extremely reliable and fast internet, but my company will not subsidize. They quoted $165/mo for internet only, but that means I would have to subscribe separately to ESPN, Peacock, Food, and a few others that DW likes (or YouTube/Sling which is pretty pricey). ATT is unreliable twisted-pair in my neighborhood with no plans to move to fiber. T-Mobile and Verizon boxes are $50/mo, but our neighbors who have those get spotty and slow service. Dish, Hughes, and Starlink are more expensive, slower, and have data caps. So... I am stuck. I think.

Just upgraded to 1,200 mbps internet. Cost is $70 / month + tax.
Old service was 80 mbps internet for $70/month including tax, so increase was only about $8 a more for 15x faster internet.
Still not sure what I will use 1,200 mbps for.

I’m grandfathered into a plan that gets me:
1Gb/1Gb
Landline Phone
Full expanded basic cable+hbo+3 set boxes and DVR
All for bout $175 all up with taxes and fees. Verizon fiber.
I keep looking at cord cutting but I can’t figure out any equivalent package that’s cheaper.

$100 broadband century link per month main home

The following are included in what we would use monthly regardless:

Spectrum cable included with second home condo / business crash pad HOA
Cancelled the HD and DVR last year after getting YouTube TV that has DVR recordings included
HBO max and Showtime included with spectrum cable
