The issue began yesterday when I loaded a pod and it fell straight through.
I can now get the pod to stay, but the coffee comes out slightly watery and tastes terrible. It feels sort of loose when I pull the lever back and forth. Like the circle area that holds the pod is loose. Is there anyway to tighten it?
Thank you in advance.
My machine is the Nespresso Breville Essenza Mini-Black.

No idea but am sorry for your troubles.
I always hate to be without my Nespresso.

Have you tried calling them? They pride themselves on their customer service.

Unless you're using some ultra-low end fake Nespresso capsules, the unit is likely defective. I'd return it where you got it.

I have. I called customer service and they helped solve the problem. Allocate time for the call and they will help. They spent tons of time on my issue and even offered me tips after telling me that the manual wasn’t quite correct.

That's the truth! Nespresso products are high quality, but all their manuals are terrible. I go to YouTube and other internet sites when I'm trying to figure out how to do something with my machine.
