I live in the country. I end every evening before I go to bed (everyone else is in bed) sitting in my adirondack chairs just watching the stars. seeing the occasional plane blink past or even a satellite is icing on the cake.
Love it!

Coffee, 8 o’clock brand brewed in a cheap no frills coffee-maker
Half and half for said coffee
My king size bed
Warm socks and slippers
A good margarita or glass of sangria
Landscaping crew so I don’t have to ever do anymore yard work
A day on campus at my alma mater, Georgia Tech taking in a football or basketball game
Listening to my grandson’s laugh
Planning the next trip to somewhere I haven’t been to before
Playing blackjack or craps
Walking along anywhere alongside my wife of 43 years (when she isn’t mad at me)
Surprising someone with something unexpected and making their day

Day off from work and school runs today.
Cold day, quality time in my infrared sauna. Ahhhh

Then opening door… cold air, recovering from sauna while still inside. Time to do nothing (except type).

Next, get the jetted tub ready with some cold to Luke warm water.

I could do this every day if ppl left me alone!

Probably sounds weird but I am starting to like intermittent fasting. I don't do it every day but on certain days I don't eat until 6pm (4 hour window until 10pm). When I do this, the food that I take the first bite of at 6pm (or later) somehow tastes 10x better than what I remember. Those first few bites are heaven.

Today I drove from my small town to visit local festivals at two other small towns a couple of hours' drive away. Both had similar food and crafts booths and carnival rides, but they each also had their own local themes which made it interesting to visit both of them. The weather was pleasant and the roads were mostly clear.

The blue one looks great too- that’s the one I have. Using the pillow now. Used the mat last night. It does take one or two tries initially to get used to, but it’s a great substitute for a massage during Covid. I use it 3-4 times a week.

Bicycling.

I bike 4,000-5,000 miles a year. I spend a few hundred $ a year on parts, apparel, and consumables for it. I consider that money well spent from a health pov.
