WSJ having New Year subscription sale today

Post by 123 »

The WSJ is offering home delivery and digital combo subscriptions for $99 for 6 months and $197.94 for 12 months. Don't know how long it will last.

Just go to WSJ.com for the offer.

Of course the rate will likely go up, either slowly or quickly when you renew, but the rate offered is about the best you can find without using airline miles or other kinds of points.
The closest helping hand is at the end of your own arm.

They are a pain to cancel. You have to call in, and they make you all kinds of offers. It's worse than dealing with Comcast. Last time they actually got me to the point where I raised my voice, after 5 minutes of offers (the rep kept ignoring me and reading his stupid script), and told them that they either cancel my account right then, or I'll hang up and call my credit card company.

Absolutely disgusting organization as sales departments go. Never again, not even for free.
RIP, Mr. Bogle.
