There is nothing wrong with owning aggressive investments but they should be a smaller part of your portfolio. I have owned aggressive growth funds like certain American Century funds like Heritage for many years. Sort of like putting an additive into the gas tank to boost octane, a Tiger in the Tank. I have no recommendation on the ARK Funds but I suppose they can add a bit of excitement to a portfolio. We all can use a little excitement but not too much. They seem to be a better answer to a mid-life crisis than a bad toupee, a sportscar, or an unhealthy relationship.
