Hello,
I opened up a new 529 plan and funded with with external funds after logging into my main account. After submitting everything there was a blurb about clicking on a button to tie it to my main Vanguard login (which I was already logged in to!). I clicked on that and got an error message. I left a secure message to VG and haven't heard anything yet and also didn't get a confirmation of my 529 transaction! Ugh.
The other odd thing is that in the processing of opening the 529, it asked me to create a password for my account (with the same username). Is this another VG IT issue I wonder?!
