Anyone here have any insight on what the heck Quicken does to get these numbers?
I can't get them to foot.
eg. (real numbers a/o this morning)
Stock 108.89% (holdings) increase in 5 years...Avg Annual Return 1 yr 49.13%
VOO 156.37% (holdings) increase in 5 years... Avg Annual Return 1 yr 25.42%
I am not the sharpest tack in the box (I had to take Diffy Q's twice), but I can do arithmetic and this does not make sense to me.
Because if I look at this column, I should sell the VOO and buy the stock--and in so doing have 30% less money.
Thanks....
