Is there passively managed fund that holds exclusively Residential REITs?
REZ despite the ticker hold about is multi-sector REIT fund.

Wish I knew, I did make money on REZ but like you said it's also storage facilities, etc, and it wasn't a dramatic gain despite a burning market and storage units being in high demand in many places. I don't recall exactly but it did similar to the s&p when I held it. I haven't really had time to research it. I'm just going to buy more physical property when the market dumps.

I looked at this fund a while ago. Dave55 has also talked about it. My concern was REZ was only a few hundred million. That is considered small and possible concerns about liquidity could arise.
