Better weather. Great mountain biking and offroading. Interesting people. Not 130 degrees. Not a view of the city looking like LA in the 70's with all the smog. Easy to find single story home so when retirement comes, you're not looking to relocate somewhere with a single story home.

Retire. I had a field job while my kids were in the T ball/Soccer/Lacrosse/Scouts phases. As long as I had my phone with me, I could bring one of the kids to his game and be there throughout, taking occasional breaks to talk with a customer. 0% is on Ascent, Impreza, Outback and legacy.

I only know personally that 0.9% applies to the STi. I assume the rest of the lineup offers this. The hotter selling cars get the higher rate.

If the whole house is adequately heated now, chances are pretty good that the ducts are doing their job. If they're leaking, so what? That means a small amount of conditioned air is leaking into the house. Sounds fine to me.
