When we go out to eat it's typically mid range, non-chain type restaurants. It runs us about 40-60 all in with no alcohol (2 people). Usually 2 salads, 2 entrees, and either 1 app or 1 dessert depending on how we're feeling. We do this once a week or so. Once in a while we go to the high end places...

We use Ally as our ONLY bank. Only issue is depositing cash, can only do it via getting a money order and mailing it in. I use the e-deposit on my phone about once a week, no issues at all. Long story short: you should have filed the claim against his insurance... I have just completed this exercise myself, his insurer paid for my totaled car, my medical bills including deductibles and other incidentals.

I have a $400 deductible plan and pay $9 per pay period (biweekly). I'm also at platinum status in our employee wellness plan (that accounts for an additional $75 per pay period contribution to my share of the premimun). I love our wellness plan
