I expect that the reason they need a brokerage account is that this isn’t cash but rather stock shares of some form. Otherwise a brokerage account wouldn’t be the requirement. You are correct. Insulate and properly ventilate the garage. For the few bucks and little time that it takes, it will make it better for tool storage - and, much more comfortable for you to work in.

As of yesterday, we were still hearing (though, not seeing) a yellow-billed cuckoo in the woods behind our house.

In all probability that will change as of tonight - when the first freeze of the season is to take place.

This morning from right outside of our front window my wife and I counted 7 Wood Thrushes eating ripe Dogwood berries - fattening up during migration time.

My wife and I saw a Cape May Warbler at the birdbath on our deck just about a half-hour ago. It's the first time we've spotted one in our yard - and, we've kept a 'Yard List' since we moved here 28 years ago.

Here in East Tennessee, our Ruby-throated hummingbirds started showing up about two weeks ago. The Hooded Warblers arrived some days back. And, for the past few days we've been having Rose-breasted Grosbeaks at one of our feeders.

You could take a drive to the Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge, near Titusville and the Kennedy Space Center. You can drive along Black Point Wildlife Drive - it's a wonderful place to see wildlife throughout the year.

We've had the same Beckett Condensate Pump in use since 1994 - still going strong. We pour a bit of bleach into it once or twice a year to keep the mold/mildew build-up at bay.

I administered my father's estate (in NJ) a few years back. It took approximately one year to complete before final distribution. We were able to do a partial distribution prior, though.
