I've found Travelers to be the cheapest every time I've done a round of home insurance quotes here in NJ.
NJM has a limit of $5k on water backup coverage, or at least they did for my quote. When I spoke to them, that's the most they were willing to sell, even though other companies offer $10k.

If you're not comfortable with it, some other options:
1) Lexus GX, but fold down the third row.
2) Previous generation Acura RDX.
3) Just buy out your Jeep and accept that it will probably need more work than a Toyota or Honda product. The Jeep looks nicer anyway.
