Moisture gradually works its way up through concrete. Might be a little, might be a lot depending on what the vapor barrier, if any, is under your garage floor.

Before I invested in an epoxy covering I'd want to be sure that it would not be deteriorating, or creating a problem, re the moisture.

You can buy an electric toothbrush that syncs with your phone via an app. No, I'm not kidding.

A friend of mine who is a dentist told me that Oral B and Sonicare are both good. I'd say get another Oral B so that you can use the brushes that you already have.

I've found Part D to be kind of a crap shoot.

The only known factor is the pricing of the various plans, with how the plans operate essentially unknown. Which is why I just buy the cheapest option.
