I give my daughter grass-fed milk. I don’t think it’s great to use cows for their milk so will switch to organic almond milk soon. If you read about the mass produced milk process it’s pretty gruesome and probably unhealthy for humans after a certain age. Hormones and antibiotics don’t seem healthy.
