Re: Need a TV - What Brand
I think you mean AirPlay, rather than CarPlay (for car stereo systems). Here is the list of TV's that support AirPlay 2 (the standard you want). Mostly Vizio, Samsung, Sony, and LG support it out of the box without any need for a streaming stick or device. Other brands support it (Hi-Sense, Element,...

Luckily, with my warranty, we can use our own subs and it covers wiring, not just appliances (trust me, I read the whole dang warranty, including all the T&Cs). I did have an inspection, and the city has a POS inspection as well...neither found either the mismatch between the external feed and ...

You've already paid taxes on the Roth money. Not sure why you would want to put it into a (presumably) pre-tax 401k. You'd have to pay taxes on that money again when you withdraw it.

Re: If you live on a golf course .... [battery-powered golf cart recommendation?]
Love my 2017 EZ-GO RXV. The AC motor helps with a longer range and it handles the hills much better than a DC golf cart. It also doesn't have a traditional parking break, it uses a motor break that automatically holds the cart in place.
We use ours around town more than on an actual golf course.
