You really don't want a car. I know Boston. I'll tell you why. You're complaining about $500 a month with Zip Car. Owning even a Civic will cost you more than this, all in every month. A fraternity will decide that one night is "break all the mirrors night" and you'll come out to a broken ...

Re: I bought some clothing on ebay it was listed as the wrong size. The seller said no returns on the ad. Can I return

It might be easier to just list it and sell it yourself. I’ve done that before, rather than having to go through the hassle of trying to deal with a shady dealer. then..... The original seller buys it, then disputes as "not as described" and eBay refunds their money and you get no return ...

Is Lombard even still in business? I'm asking this because the standard model for running an extended warranty company is to collect lots of premiums and then go out of business. What good is a warranty that covers everything when the company no longer exists?

I would NOT buy this warranty.

Re: Complex analysis- High income.. convert IRA to Roth, or Rollover to Employer 401k?

I would NOT roll the tIRA to your 401k with high fees. Why? At 1%, you're looking at what? 20 years until you retire? That's (very roughly) 20% in fees. Withdrawing from your IRA (RMD) may be reduced, but you'd still have to pay income tax to withdraw from the 401k. I don't see the benefit there. Th...

I would submit that it doesn't matter what prices were before Covid or what they'll be when prices "stabilize". What matters is what can you get for your car and what does the car you want cost. Those are both pretty easy to figure out. Look in the usual places for cars for sale to get som...
