VTSAX includes TSLA. TSLA owns crypto. I'm sure there are many other examples that show you are exposed to crypto if you own a stock index fund.

I suppose the most alarming thing is how high International equities comprise total equity exposure. I've been comfortable with International comprising 15-25% of total equity exposure - but International comprises approximately 41% of equities in the Target 2025 fund. In general that would be true. Also in general, women should claim earlier than men since there's no monetary penalty for being female, yet females live longer on average.

By my quick napkin math, someone under 50, contributing the max since 1998 (I believe the first year of Roth IRA's) could theoretically have a cash balance of $105,000 ($12300 if over 50 the whole time, I believe), assuming zero growth/losses. About $232k with max contribution every year (some later contributions were at the over 50 amount). I think this works out to a bit more than 7% return. Have not contributed this year.
