When i pulled my credit report for the first time, the oldest account went back to a few years after i was born because i was an authorized user on my dads accounts (also a long time discover card holder like the poster above). I was about 21 with no other credit history and my score was like 760.

Zillow is diverging from redfin for my house. Zillow is now 200k (~15%) greater than redfin. I believe the redfin value is more accurate at the moment.

I have a pair of 10x binoculars and they are too high of a power unless I can lean against something.
