In all situations involving transfers of assets, always contact and work with the firm receiving the assets, never the firm sending them. The firm that is receiving them is the one that has the motivation to work hard, follow up, double check, etc. This sounds reasonable in theory, but did not help...

Browser zoom or <ctrl +> until you're happy. I'm at 125% on a 14" laptop, and the Chrome browser returns to that setting from the 100% default when I return to Bogleheads.org!

Rather than having a "soft" target and not knowing when to rebalance, why not have a target and rebalancing bands. In your case the target is 65/35 with 5% bands. Also, you can place new money to drive to target whether or not you are outside your bands. :thumbsup I have firm allocations ...
