Zillow undervalues my house by $130,000 based on an appraisal for a refinance. I would not buy a Tesla for two reasons: One, Elon Musk. Two, I cannot buy a new Tesla in the state where I live since state law forbids manufacturers from owning dealerships.

I settled with Lender Fi on February 25 at 2.5%. The Amrock representative was the same attorney that Amrock used for our Chase re-fi in 2019. The prepaid‘s were taken out of my Fidelity account today.

30 year federal employee. By the time I reached a 14, I mostly ate lunch at my desk, worked at home in the evenings, and often came in on the weekends. Others didn’t.

Federal was submitted by TT on February 9 before the IRS was accepting returns. It was accepted by the IRS on February 13.
