Zillow undervalues my house by $130,000 based on an appraisal for a refinance. Realtor.com values the house $90,000 more then Zillow, but still under the appraisal, even though Realtor doesn’t include the nearly 800 sq feet of living space the previous owner added in 2013. I would not buy a Tesla for two reasons: One, Elon Musk. Two, I cannot buy a new Tesla in the state where I live since state law forbids manufacturers from owning dealerships.

I settled with Lender Fi on February 25 at 2.5%. The Amrock representative was the same attorney that Amrock used for our Chase re-fi in 2019. The prepaid‘s were taken out of my Fidelity account today.

30 year federal employee. By the time I reached a 14, I mostly ate lunch at my desk, worked at home in the evenings, and often came in on the weekends. Others didn’t.

Federal was submitted by TT on February 9 before the IRS was accepting returns. It was accepted by the IRS on February 13.

Closing will include pre-paids like escrow. They waived the appraisal. They’re not always responsive and I found some of their document requests opaque.

I’m doing a lender fi loan right now at 2.5%. They’re asking for an award letter. I have no idea what they’re talking about. I have asked them but I haven’t gotten a reply yet. Could it possibly be Social Security?

I’m still interested and I see that they bought Precor, which should help with their production schedule. I’ll wait until the pandemic calms down, hopefully it will, and I’ll try again.
