Alexa, "Ask me the question of the day."
A problem I have is that whenever my Wi-Fi connection is lost, Alexa cannot reconnect. It will reboot only if I manually unplug/re-plug the power. This makes it practically useless for any ongoing tasks.

Would just the upstairs portion of the garage accommodate your office/theatre? You probably would not need to modify that when you sell. A relative has a very nice office/guest residence above his 2-car garage.

If you like a firm mattress then adding a foam topper may be too soft for you. After adding a topper my mattress is much softer, higher, and the bottom fitted sheets no longer stay in place.

Be a careful consumer of this sort of thing. If something is advocated as healthful, ask "Compared to what?" An alternative? A placebo? Doing nothing? Don't rely on the reputation of the site or the author. Podcasts are journalism.

I have been storing a very heavy Hudson's Bay 100% wool blanket in case of an emergency. I was amazed at how ineffective that thing was. A lightweight synthetic blanket did a better job.

If you invest the money you put it at risk. It might not still be there when you need it. The earnings on such a short-term investment likely would be very small and not worth risking the money. If it's for taxes, consider the money already spent.
