Other than SS, a CPI adjusted annuity is almost impossible to buy. Not a big deal lately with low inflations, but for a healthy 41 yo it is huge! I don’t know how to price it.

I wouldn't call $20 million great wealth or ultra wealthy. Index funds should work as well for someone worth $20 million than for someone worth $2 million.
