Can you get underneath the deck? If you can, products that act as barriers are the most effective and should be applied up next to the house and around any support posts. Non-repellant bait traps can also work but are not as effective. If you can't get under the deck, I'm not sure what can be done....

Oh, I forgot to add. Make sure you live within a reasonable distance to your local Tesla Service Center. Because the cars are so advanced, you can't go to a local mechanic. I would never buy a Tesla if I lived more than 30-40 min away from the nearest Tesla service center.
