Who's is your lender? I have a similar quote from Loandepot. Better and LenderFi told me that they won't give a lender credit that exceeds the A+B+C closing costs (sounds fishy to me), but LD's credit will take care of my escrow too. I think you got bad information on Better. I am closing with them...
