Re: How can you get permission to record an incoming phone call and then record it?

The rules regarding recording of phone conversations are state specific, you will need to check your local regulations, The FCC only requires one-party consent, which means you are free to record your own calls without any permission from the other party. It is the individual state rules layered on...

How can you get permission to record an incoming phone call and then record it?

Most every time you make phone call to a business you are first greeted by a message that says “this call may be recorded for quality assurance”. How do you do that for a home or cell phone? Both play that message, and record the call. Many times when a caller has a list of things to mention, I migh...

Some years ago when using a AAA Tourbook to find the cheapest lodging, I ended up in a small motel room along I-40 that was a cinder block box—it had a door, but no windows. There were other deeply troubling aspects I won't mention here. I woke up at 4am and choose to groggily leave the place behin...

Buy a good OBD2 error code scanner. I suggest a wired one,not a Bluetooth one. You'll spend a bit over $50. This will read out a code, and either give you a description of likely causes, or just a code which you can look up. This is a body control module issue not an OBD2 fault . No $50 scanner wil...
