A 3" hole is larger than a standard, cable grommet. From the arm manual, I'd be concerned that the arm base is large enough to fully cover the hole. The underside is easy enough to deal with.

I’d go with a maybe since every firm differs on what funds they will accept. My suggestion would be to ask Voya if the mutual funds can be transferred out and Fidelity if the mutual funds can be accepted.

Also, I like thermostatic shower valves where the temp can stay set and you just change the water volume. Linear drains are not common in the USA but offer some advantages. From what I can see online, the posts where the wires attach to the battery are different than standard automotive posts. Before you buy at Costco, check the posts and be prepared to add automotive ends to the cables if the existing ones don't match.

It may be overkill but I set up accounts at Fidelity and Schwab for ATM use while traveling. These accounts are travel only accounts and aren’t used for regular checking needs I add funds to the accounts before traveling so that the amount at risk from ATM fraud is limited
