Good luck getting anywhere with it today- the app and website are both malfunctioning for me this morning. They've probably got phone calls out the yingyang.

I had a membership at a fitness center for quite a few years. Seemed like I got colds, the flu, bronchitis etc. much more frequently when I was doing that. I work out at home and in the local parks now. I own some exercise equipment, but it really doesn't take a big investment to get a good workout...

20 years ago, I purchased a duplex and moved into one side of it. Since then, my neighbors have been kind enough to buy my house for me. Those numbers worked out. Through the mid-2000’s I looked at many additional properties but couldn’t figure out how people were making things work at those prices....
