I have always used a lawyer when buying a house and she reads the docs. Yea it costs me some money but thats ok...over the years she has saved me a few headaches. I figure other than my contract its as big of financial move as I make so why not...and yes she reads my employment contracts as well.

My brother is a mechanic and his comment on Subaru is that for the first 100K they are great cars...after that you will wish you had bought the Toyota. Something about head gaskets...GREAT in snow and lots of room and very good value I think.
