I would take a good look at available incentives on new plug-in hybrids and EVs. These vary a lot by region, what you purchase, and sometimes income. For my most recent purchase, buying an EV new came out FAR cheaper than purchasing any hybrid new or even used 3-5 years old.

TCL is a good budget choice, slightly better value even than Vizio. Many of their TVs have the Roku platform built-in, while other models use Android TV. I recommend Roku TVs for ease of use and responsiveness.

The problem could be you are using "too" new a version of the browser. Chrome, for example, automatically updates on its own. If yours updated to version 89, and TSP hasn't added that to its approved list, then you could have problems until TSP catches up.
