always over engineer water. If four is recommended go with 6 or 8, 100 year floods and rain events are more common. Anytime we did water mitigation work (when i was working part time with a landscaper) we made it larger then it needed to be.

We used drylok and noticed an improvement, we also have a humidifier running year round next to our well. some places will have live plants but most online will be seed. I love baker creek, and johnny seed co. For plants it all depends on what your after. A place to check that people often forget is etsy. I was able to buy a lot of native medicinal plants to start patches in the woods around our house.

Try facebook marketplace. It has a lot of traffic. You could also try iron planet. There are a lot of tractor forums out there, if you find one dedicated to your make/model etc you could see if they have a classified there. Tractor by net is a friendly site but there are a lot of other ones too.

I use something similar to radio wave. We have a long gravel driveway. With a small amount of snow the longer handle and wide blade let me just push the snow instead of lifting. With the snow forecast for tomorrow into Thursday ill be using the tractor mounted snowblower.

einkhorn is the variety i think your talking about. I have baked with it. It does not develop as much gluten on its own so I normally mix in whole wheat and bread four with it. I like the taste of it. Its better for free form loaves vs pan loaves. check out theperfectloaf.com it is a great resource.

I have used foam it green kits before. I will say make sure you wear the suit and gloves. I had the suit slide up and lost a lot of hair off my arm when a piece fell on it. My buddy was helping his friend spray under a cabin and is missing half an eyebrow now.

I would also, once you have it narrowed down check facebook market place. I found an older bike that was originally 1200, for 100. Its not a smart bike, but it gets the job done and is really stable.
