Virtually all bills and correspondence we recieve are online nowadays and we rarely get anything important via snail mail. The only things we get via mail are random doctors bill but even these are rare.

Chamberlain/Lift master are basically the same, Chamberlain is the parent company. Just be sure your door is fully adjusted and balanced before installing the new GDO. This will help eliminate premature wear n tear on the gdo.

I'll say that at least check the hoses and connections for any signs of minor leaks or nibbling mice. This is especially important if plain rubber hose, not common nowadays, was used to connect. With credit cards being accepted almost everywhere, travelers check usage seems to be virtually nil. In my travels in the last 15 years or so I haven't seen anyone use them. Prior to this I would see some older people use them, but not often.

I take what the gas company says in enforcement matters with a grain of salt.

My 4, 3 and 1.5 yo grandchildren have been using masks since midsummer. Recently they flew and had to wear the masks and, as it is second nature to them, there wasn't an issue. Bottom line, get them into the routine now.
