Maintenance varies on how much you drive. The older 3.0L T6 requires maintenance every 7500 miles but I was having the oil changed between 5-6k miles out of precaution. I lived for a year with level 1 charging before upgrading to level 2 with a ChargePoint Flex. My overall fuel economy went up with the level 2 charging. I do like how it get a monthly summary of how many kw’s I used.

We heavily front loaded our son's 529 last year when he was born. I think we'll stop when the balance hits 100K (approx 2-3 more years) and then we'll just let compounding do it's magic.

We tried. Could not or would not give a quote without a walkthrough. After the walkthrough the Redfin agent ghosted us. Never again with Redfin. Great app though, I am still using it to try to find my next home.

I just don’t understand why so many people are still anti-SUV. 25 years ago they were more dangerous than some sedans/coupes but technology has advanced a long way. From a practical standpoint, they offer much more versatility with minimal or no sacrifices.

Living mortgage & debt free reduces a lot of stress and worry. It’s allows us to both front load our 401k’s and make IRA contributions on 1/1.

I tilt towards Large Cap growth with FSPGX at Fidelity. It more closely tracks like the Nasdaq index, but with a better ER.

Based on what is currently available, nearly all SUV's consume far too much fuel for me... a hatchback of some sort is a lot more fuel efficient and economical. My RAV4 hybrid is getting 42 mpg. Which is why I sold the 2010 Lexus, at 21 mpg. That’s it? My XC60 hybrid is getting around 57 mpg.

My advice on someone who has owns German cars over the years. 1) Get a 2-3 years used and maybe CPO for some piece of mind and a bit of extra warranty.
