I went through the same debate about a year ago. Ultimately decided on a multi-function color laser. I am a light user. So infrequent, that my ink would often dry up in my inkjet. Toner lasts indefinitely and the speed and quality is impressive.

Just got the new 2020 MBP M1. It. Is. Amazing. Super fast. Great design. I love the controversial touch bar. I don't have to take the charger with me to work, just charge it overnight and it's good to go all day. Go with the M1, you won't be disappointed. I am not sure I like the touch recognition....

I was not aware of the withdrawal rules for a Roth 457 before 59.5 with regards to earnings.

We keep most of our moderate-term (2+ year horizon) money in our taxable brokerage account. The monies are split between VTMFX and VTSAX. Most on this forum will probably advocate for a high-yield savings account.

It may be obvious, but was there an actual determination that the damage was the result of the tenant’s negligence? The language in the lease isn’t particularly clear how such a determination is made. By mutual agreement? By the landlord? By a court? Etc... The tenants left a burn barrel unattended...

Can’t speak more highly of our Netgear Orbi mesh WiFi system. It’s been flawless for about 2 years. I recently installed an Orbi Pro system for our office and it has been top notch as well. Regardless of what brand you decide to purchase, I would highly recommend going with a mesh system.

It baffles me how many people blindly remain with companies out of loyalty; particularly insurance companies. I routinely shop for all of my insurance policies. USAA has not been able to touch GEICO for auto or any of the companies I have used for homeowners. They are almost always double the price....
