We have not had to use it yet, but we pay approximately $4.00 to State Farm every six months for each of two cars. PS: Good thoughts above on bills. We pay all of them electronically anyway, and so I need to get the utilities, credit card companies, etc., to stop sending paper bills. I should have done this already, in most cases.

I like being able to do an image-based backup, in addition to regular file backups of our two desktop computers.

I used Carbonite for a while after that company acquired my previous backup provider, Mozy, and it works fine too.

So as of March 13 I'm still waiting on my refund (e-filed on February 20). Glad to see that so many other folks on the forum have gotten their money fairly quickly.
