I received an email this weekend from a service called Ownerly saying my value had gone up 16%. I don't plan to sell anytime soon and certainly hope my property taxes don't go up similarly. Who knows. A couple of neighbor's homes have sold recently, and prices are definitely up.

I am re-listening to Dumas' "The Count of Monte Cristo" via Audible. I bought back in 2009, and first listened to it then. The narrator is John Lee and he does an excellent job. It's long (47 hours) but I highly recommend it.

Watched Mulan on Disney+ with wife and two daughters. Nice being with family and watching a movie about the importance of family. Well done movie overall. I hadn't seen the original animated version. Older daughter was disappointed this one was not a musical.

Yes to all.

After owning a ROTH account five years, you can withdraw up to your contribution total with no tax penalty. They will send you a 1099 for a retirement account distribution. I do my taxes on Turbo Tax, so it completes the proper form allocating the distribution to my contribution basis.
