I would seek a separate policy for that van, probably not something in the realm of a "normal" insurer.

I.e., classic cars don't do well on standard auto policies.

Seems like a good deal (relatively speaking), considering that no used car is a good deal right now.

I have a 2005 G35 w/141k miles and love it (drive it hard).

Big problem with NIssans is their horrific clearcoat. Maybe it has gotten better, but many of them fade/peel.

Our daughter may be scarred for life, but we didn't change to a booster seat until the 2nd grade. Was a full front-facing car-seat until then. The safer the better.

Of course you shouldn't value it at zero - if they were truly worth zero, no one worth their salt would work at startups. This is a really strange answer that is the "conventional wisdom" expressed on forums. I valued the equity at zero, but of course, I also value social security at zero...

Current house in AZ, purchased Jan 2013 for 252K - neighbor, with same house, just sold for 540K

Old house outside of Seattle, sold for in 2014 for 293K, comps in neighborhood selling for $650k now.

That is how we are handling. Nothing else.

Another issue, at least in my area. Good contractors are booked well in advance because everyone is remodeling (also allows them to be more selective with projects).

The contractors (and subs) without work are not the ones you want doing this stuff.

Assuming you own a house, probably impossible to wipe your address off of the internet. Many county recorders have websites with simple access to mortgage docs and deeds.

Hmm, I can't believe how many subscriptions people have these days. Easier and cheaper to not have many (or just a few).

I have noticed that on multiple credit cards, buried in their menu, they have a list of "recurring charges". Might be helpful for some.

Since this appears to be a non-governmental, it is my understanding that you are only able to take the money in a lump sum or equal payments, pending your plan document.

The other option, for a rollover to a governmental plan is off the table since you are leaving the US.
