As others have said, it's extremely local. We called several vendors last year, and most only did $200k+ projects. One in particular said most of their installs were $250-350k, and they didn't do anything under $180k.

Totally fine. 0W-20 is specified in newer cars because it results in an increase of about 2% in fuel economy vs. 5W-20, when the engine is cold (no difference when warm). Our first mortgage was initially sold to BoA by the broker (which we totally expected), and then was sold again. Since then, all of our purchases/refinances have been with a local Credit Union which does not sell servicing by policy, and almost never sells the loans themselves.

If your FC:CYA (Chlorine to stabilizer) ratio is correct, pool water should not stain or fade fabrics. As bwalling said, if you're spilling undiluted 12.5% liquid chlorine all over the place, nothing is safe. :)
