This is anecdotal, but I have heard from two sources (a neighbor in the process of building a new house and a retired GC) that materials costs across the board are "ridiculous" right now and that I ought to avoid redoing my deck for a year or two unless it is totally unusable/falling apart.

I don't use it personally, but had to get a batch of phones for a project at the office and went with Ting. It worked out so well I did the same with the next batch so now I have a few teams using Ting devices with no complaints. This is in a major metro area so can't speak to coverage in other area...
