I have both and prefer the Roku. The Firestick is too Prime-focused, and I detest the way Amazon pushes rentals and purchases amongst the “free” Prime stuff, making it more work to just watch something. Apple TV does the same thing — always pushing one to spend even more money.

I own a duplex and never raise the rent on a tenant who wants to renew because a vacancy of even a month or two quickly eats up the rent increase. I cherish my good tenants and want to keep them happy. In 12 years I’ve had only 1 bad tenant so my system works well for me.
